Susan is a Registered Organisational Psychologist with 20 years’ experience enhancing individual, team and organisational performance and effectiveness. She has worked internationally, leading significant change and applying psychometric assessment principles in recruitment, retention and development strategies across multiple industries. Susan designs bespoke executive development programs for CEOs and their teams to maximum performance, inform development plans and contribute to succession planning. She brings a breadth of experience to VUCA, and is highly accredited in the application of contemporary leadership and cultural change models and tools.
