Paul Geyer is a Director at VUCA and advises boards and CEOs on a range of governance and strategy issues. He is entrepreneurial and innovative, applying analytical expertise and lateral thinking to his advisory work. With experience as a Chair, Director, CEO and Company Secretary, Paul is well-equipped to assist boards and CEOs with problem solving and implementing governance changes.
Paul is also an experienced Non-Executive Director recognised for his strategic thinking and business development skills. He is currently Chair, Gowrie Victoria (NFP); Independent Chair, Winemakers of Rutherglen (NFP); Director, IPC Health (NFP); Director, VUCA Trusted Advisors; and an AICD Victoria Division Not for Profit Advisory Committee member.
Paul has 25 years of Executive experience, 12 of which were as a CEO. He has led 3 start-ups (including 2 NFPs), and spent 10 years with the Australian Institute of Company Directors as State Manager, Victoria, and National Manager, Member Engagement. This experience in particular has developed Paul’s unique skillset with assisting Boards.
